“I started working with Neil to improve my lower body strength and get help with chronic back pain from previously herniated discs. I struggled to even squat to a chair in the beginning and was unable to stand up on my own without assistance.
After 12 weeks, my strength has greatly improved. I’m able to do goblet squats and lunges on my own with confidence and no pain.
I really notice how much my lower body strength has changed when I’m with my grandkids, or at the preschool where I work.
The scale still moves up and down every day, but I notice my clothes are fitting better which lets me know I’m going in the right direction!”
