A private strength training studio in Peabody where you can focus on your training without competing for equipment or navigating crowded gym floors.

60 minutes, one-on-one. You'll learn proper technique, progressively add load, and build strength systematically in a focused training environment.

Fundamental strength movements: squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. You'll learn to lift safely and effectively, building real capacity over time.

    You don't need to be in shape to start—you need to be ready to learn. Clients start at every level: complete beginners, people rebuilding after years away, athletes from other sports building a strength foundation. Training begins where you are and progresses from there.

  • DeRosa Strength is a private strength training practice with a dedicated studio space.

    Training takes place in a private studio in Peabody—not a commercial gym or group fitness facility. Sessions are one-on-one, focused entirely on your training. No crowded gym floor, no waiting for equipment, no class culture.

  • That's exactly when expert coaching helps most.

    Plateaus usually aren't about effort—they're about programming, recovery, and intelligent progression. Expert coaching brings experienced eyes to your training so adjustments are intentional and progress continues.

  • 60 minutes of one-on-one strength training focused on technique, progressive load, and building capacity.

    Sessions include hands-on coaching, exercise instruction, form corrections, and intelligent programming that adapts as you progress. You're not just renting time—you're getting expert instruction on how to get stronger.

  • Yes, nutrition coaching is available separately when you're ready.

    Most people start with just training. Once you're consistent with strength training and ready to address food, nutrition coaching is available as an optional add-on. It's not required to make progress.

  • Add a Coaching Plan for programming on your independent training days.

    If you're training with me 2x/week but want to train 4 days total, the Coaching Plan ($140/month) provides programming for those additional days. Everything stays aligned with what we're doing in your sessions.
