Neil DeRosa
I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of strength and wellness. From battling high stress, poor sleep, and nutrition, and feeling stuck, to discovering what true health means, my journey has been one of growth and self-discovery. Now, it’s my purpose to share everything I’ve learned along the way to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals through strength training and holistic wellness.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of clients in various settings—through remote coaching, in-person sessions, and within clinical health environments. My career began in late 2017, working on the floor of a CrossFit gym, leading group classes and personal training sessions.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, everything changed. The gym closed, and like many others, we shifted our business online. This forced me to pivot and truly focus on the individual. No longer confined to the gym floor, I was responsible for supporting 60+ clients as they navigated home workouts. What I quickly realized was that health extends far beyond just the workout—it’s about addressing the full spectrum of factors: nutrition, stress management, and sleep. We were all forced to confront these areas head-on, and the silver lining was that this holistic approach actually worked.
In 2022, I joined Nudj Health, a pioneering company at the intersection of lifestyle change and clinical medicine. In collaboration with a team of registered dietitians, doctors, and social workers, I had the unique opportunity to work with patients nationwide, addressing fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress. The results were extraordinary. We saw older adults reduce their reliance on medication for blood pressure and cholesterol, improve sleep quality, and experience significant reductions in pain and improvements in overall function through daily movement. Over time, we expanded our focus to younger adults (late 20s-40s), emphasizing preventive health and lifestyle changes.
Between my time on the gym floor, in clinical settings, and through my private coaching practice, I’ve learned that the key to success lies in taking a holistic approach to health. While movement and fitness are at the foundation, it's crucial to consider the full picture. Success comes from aligning your lifestyle with healthy habits that support long-term wellness.

More than a program
We will apply the principles of a healthy lifestyle in order to maximize your overall health and wellbeing.
Movement
Fitness can be a powerful tool for uncovering fulfillment in all areas of life. By being physically strong, we also build a strong state-of-mind that helps us better connect with all areas of life and continue to enjoy the things you love to do.
Lifestyle
Exercise, restful sleep, and eating healthy foods are not just things we do because we think we should — they are individual habits that make up a healthy lifestyle. We will work on building these habits in a sustainable way that lasts.
Coaching
A strong support system is crucial to driving results. The help of a coach coach can provide the intricate balance of support with professional guidance that gives you a clear path for growth and empowers you to make real progress.
Balance
There are only 24 hours in a day and life is always happening. The right way to accomplish a goal will look different for everyone, so it’s important to find a realistic approach that won’t overwhelm your daily routines and let you find long-term success.
