Meet Neil

I myself have gone through my own strength and wellness journey. I have gone from high stress, poor sleep and nutrition, and feeling hopeless, to learning what “health” really means. It is my purpose to share everything I have learned from my own journey to empower others with strength training and the ability to succeed in their own health goals.

I have coached hundreds of clients and patients over the years over remote coaching, in-person sessions, and in a clinical health setting. My experience has helped me become a better coach to help others build their strength, learn about healthy lifestyle habits, and find attainable ways to reach their goals!
