“My favorite part about my coaching with Neil was the time and specificity he put into every program. Everything was catered directly to my goals and he was always available for questions and demonstrations when I was unsure what to do.

Neil also spent a lot of time on nutrition with me which was something that was very scary prior to working with Neil because I was afraid of her overeating. Neil was able to breakdown how this would overall help me achieve my goals in a way that made me feel comfortable.

My highlights were learning that I could lift weights significantly higher than my body weight and it made me feel badass. He helped me realize I was much stronger and I thought I was.

Neil helped take the fear out of nutrition for me. Upping my calories was something that was super scary for me, but without the food and the protein I was eating I never would have seen the results I was looking for. It was a new concept for me but the more I ate the more energy I had! Having someone like Neil who really cares about each of his individual clients makes you feel like you are capable of pushing yourself and hitting your goals. Having a support system from a coach makes a huge difference in what you feel you are able to accomplish.”
